Clay texture and basic plaster workshop

Hi all,

I did a basic workshop today in clay texture, where they took clay and went around the building collecting textures. We used these then to make plaster casts. So an introduction to both methods which can be advanced once they have moved on to that stage in their projects. Some can see how working this way may be of relevance to their project and I think food for thought for the rest of them. Some plan take clay to capture information up town, I have a couple of bags under the shelving at the side of our new store. One of them is a clay plaster bag - clay that has been used to cast from or into. I had 18 in attendance.
